About Canyons

Canyons (Axis at the Canyons) is a gated planned community of 78 single-family homes on private streets in Henderson, Nevada, developed by Pardee Homes of Nevada within the Canyons at MacDonald Ranch.

The Association is a Nevada nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners. It operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements (recorded in Clark County on February 24, 2017, and amended in March and May 2017), its Bylaws, its Design Guidelines, the policies adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116.

The Association maintains the private streets, entry gates, perimeter walls, and common area landscaping and park. Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
